The creative force behind Dolce & Gabbana are the two designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. They first crossed each other’s paths in Milan, Italy in the early 1980s. They instantly knew that they shared the same passion for fashion and similar taste in style, design and tailoring. They are both from Italy and started their label only a few years after they met. They have remained at the top of their game since they started in the 1980s.
